I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist, food blogger and massive foodie! I love sharing simple, healthy and yummy recipes that are perfect for everyday eating. I also offer nutrition consulting, recipe development and food photography services. I have a BSc in Human Physiology, and a MSc in Human Nutrition so you could say I am a bit fascinated by what makes us tick.
My philosophy is that nutrition should be about nourishing yourself with the food that you love in a way that makes you feel your best. I am anti-diets and instead focus on optimising health with amazing, delicious and most of all normal food!! Eating should be a happy, social event and should bring joy into your life and not guilt and self-doubt.

My own difficulties with restrictive eating and fad diets are what drew me to nutrition and are what drive me as a nutritionist. I know what trying to navigate this world of nutrition and diets is like and I know how easy it can be to slip in to damaging habits.
